Basic and needs improvement

- would be nice to be able to change away from 24h clock (military time)
- needs a feature to delete sleep because its detecting sleep while watching tv and I cant delete from the app
- needs more activities (only has cycling)
- missing sitting alarm
- missing option to turn on sms and phone alerts
