Smart bracelet

I ordered two one worked.I emailed the company no response its been four days.
They were very responsive when I was asking when it was going to get there but now that I have a problem I cant hear from them somehow. The one phone will not even charge it doesnt do squat. It only has a 24 hour option you cannot put down to the other which I find very irritating. I wont be buying another one. I just want my second one to be credited or fixed.
