Why does it always say the request timeout it is so annoying .
This is no good got password error and can not reset tried e-mail reset no reply (rubbish) not all i get is time out so not worth having
Very good helps with a lot but keeps saying network timeout ♥️
Can't change military time to 12hr. No help from Movnow customer support. Won't recommend this product.

Cant delete alarm
Not bad for the price however how do I delete an alarm?? I set an alarm and now it goes off everyday and there is no way to delete the alarm... Help...

I cant change the timezone but still good
The watch should sync with your cell phone so as you move to another time zone so the device should change the time automatically. Someone did ask about changing from military time to a 12 hour clock. Not too sure about that, most travel services use the 24 hour time anyway. If you can't change it I don't see it as a major issue. I am wondering if changing from 24 hours to 12 on the cell phone makes a difference, it appears not!!.
I have a Samsung S7 and up to a while ago I would have agreed with most of what has been said. With a recent update to both my cell phone and the Movnow software, everything appears to be working as advertised. I have history, of both the daytime and the night time data and it either appears as a graph or as numerical data. I really have to give it 5 stars as for me it is working perfectly.
Terrible
Requires a minimum of Bluetooth 4 so wont work on older anything but a new phone. No tablet app either so no joy there either. The English in the instructions is confusing and usually meaningless. Some if the prompts in the app arent even translated from the original Cyrillic characters. Pick anything except this product.

bad mistake in purchasing the watch. it doesnt calculate steps correctly, app says 68 steps ok, then I am in my car I go to sync my phone & to my surprise it says I have done 395 steps, really while I am driving ! think twice before buying !!!
Wont sync
Fitness watch wont sync with the app. Keep getting the message that the Bluetooth has disconnected. Bluetooth is working on my phone for other devices. English is very poor and you are on your own to figure this out.

This is a terrible app! I pretty much dont even use it and it wont sync with my band. Keeps saying that my Bluetooth is disconnected, which it is not.
Works great
Worked great for me!! My husband and I both bought the smart watch on wish for $18 and am pleased at how well both the watch and app worked. After installing the app I was A little worried by all the negative reviews but it worked great easy to navigate and does everything I expect it to do. I set up the alarm and was happy when my watched started going off at the appropriate time. It does take some time to sync but Im a patient person with technology. I sync it every night and the app tells me what time of the day I walk the most my bmi my goals and my calories. It keeps a log for a long time so I can see what day of the week I walk the most. Again be patient with it. Free app with a cheap watch and I love both. I didnt have any problems understanding the app and am born and raised English. I hope this helps good luck!
Network timeout
Every time I try to open the app I get network timeout. Anyone else have this problem & where can I go to find a way to fix it?
Delete alarms
The app itself works well for me but I cant figure out how to delete an alarm I previously set up. Does anyone know?
Pairing My "FitBit"
Whenever I would try to pair the wristband to my iPhone, it is saying that my Bluetooth isnt on, but I know it is because in the settings, it is saying that it is on. But I guess you really wouldnt need the app because the only difference is that you can say when you started and finished the time you where sleeping. So, no app for me!

I wish I could give 0 stars i try to log in it goes good until I try to save my profile it doesnt work it just shows Chinese words and I cant read Chinese its ridiculous its a piece of garbage wouldnt recommend
Not pairing no matter what I do
After 5 hours of trying to pair, it doesnt. Im returning it. End of story. Whether it be the app or the watch, doesnt work
