Dont buy, the device is not that great it kept saying disconnected from Bluetooth while my phone was sitting in my hand. I also slept for about 2 hours and it never monitored my sleep. Save the extra cash and buy a Fitbit.

Youre going to have to navigate this app pretty much by yourself. Its okay, but some aspects are very hard to interpret because the language barrier, I assume. I have yet to find out why my sleep patterns wont upload or show up. It shows on my watch, but I dont know what it means. This app needs improvement, but I got it with a $20 fitness watch so I didnt expect much.

The app is very slow! It freezes and has to be closed out several times before it will actually show some data! There are NO clear instructions on how to use it AND it doesnt matter how many times Ive entered my correct birthday, height and weight, it STILL revert back to incorrect information! GARBAGE!!

Sleep monitor doesnt sync. Always shows no data. Even after you sweep down the device wont transfer sleep data. The wake alarm function is great if you never want to remove the alarm. You can set an alarm but you CANNOT delete it. Thankfully I only set one.

The app is simple and basic. I would give it more stars if it always worked. Right now its been three days and it still wont sync my sleep data. Very annoying.

After latest update the steps sometimes update but sleep hasnt updated since! This was the main reason for this device. Sorry, try again.

This app is the worst...cant connect to Bluetooth...and if it does its only for a few minutes. Hate it!!

Until this last app update I would have given it 4 stars. Have had the device & app for 2 months now. There where glitches from the beginning, but at least the steps & sleep parts worked. Since the latest software update to this app, that is no longer the case. The device still records the sleep time, but the sleep part of the app will not sync anymore. Also, the new heart monitor feature needs an English option. Lastly, I hope you know how to read a time like 23:45 because thats the only option you have with this device.
