The heart rate screen isnt in English, and there is no option to change it. The device hasnt actually ever read my heart rate, either. It constantly disconnects from the Bluetooth, so I repeatedly have to reconnect. Sleep will not record on the app, though it does (however, incorrectly) on the device. All in all, not worth it. Not by a long shot.

For everyone wondering how to get call notifications you have to delete this app and and the one called fire armband made by the same people.

The app was broken and now it is fixed!! Thank you! I had purchased the app to track my steps and when I saw it tracked my sleeping patterns, that was a plus. I have iPhone and it is limited to some other actions it my perform. So I feel like I got an awesome deal!!

Often doesnt work. So pls add reset watch function to App.

Call and txt feature isnt working and not available on the app

My wrist band doesnt vibrate for the alarms. There is no sedentary alarm either.

Purchased bracelet on Groupon and was anxious to get it to start using. It would not sync to my iPhone 6s Plus, it would not let me manually adjust the time and the app was just as useless. Instructions are microscopic and not much use on troubleshooting. A very bad investment, indeed.

Can we change this????

I am also having the same issues with syncing the smart bracelet to my iPhone6. Returning it tomorrow. Not such a great Christmas gift.

Well I guess Im not the only one that going to take this Christmas gift back. Long story short. Get your self a better brand wristband with at least an ok application.

I didnt have high hopes for this product or its companion app from the get-go considering the online store (wish.com) generally sells very cheap quality products mostly made in China. Somehow, keeping my pre-biased opinion in mind throughout the "experience", I was still totally let down. The wristband itself is nothing special of less than good quality, lacking any options aside from being able to snap a pic from the apps camera function with the solitary button on the wristband. Its accuracy is questionable, and, aside from the pedometer, the band itself is a glorified watch that must be set/adjusted from the app. As far as the app goes, it fell even shorter than the wristband. My first clue was the poor grammar/English, and from there it has been all downhill. The app is extremely slow (in all aspects) to the point of frustration. When it finally catches up with itself, an even greater disappointment is revealed with the total lack of options offered in a format that makes no sense. To top it off, trying to read ANY instructions related to the device or app brings the already elevated level of frustration to the point where I dont even want to look at it let alone return it. With that said, my feelings regarding both the app and product are in accord with the other reviews. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! There are plenty of other inexpensive smart watches of higher quality with more/better functions, leaving the frustration aside. It was worth a shot I guess, but I should have known...you get what you pay for ;)

If it did everything it said it would be phenomenal, but the app is terrible! Instructions are written in such small text you cannot read it. No functionality of the alert for phone, sleep mode doesnt work, nor can you change the mode on the app it stays in default. The only place you can set your correct weight and height is in BMI mode. In the profile it wants to keep reverting to the current date when you try to enter your birthdate. ( although I hit at edit after selected birthdate and it allowed me to put a date in but I cant seem to get it to do it again!) Also I have no idea how to reset the steps which is the only thing that seems to be working but not even correct. I will be getting my money back.

Doesnt pair with iOS 9

I just got my Smart bracelet (faux Fitbit). I have synced it with the app. It was easy to set up. So far it recognizes that I have took 77 steps. Works well so far.

I just got the tracker yesterday and it works fine, but I cannot get it to pair with my 6s Plus! The website doesnt help because its written in a language I dont understand. I have no issues with the tracker itself, but I want it to sync like its supposed to.

Im unable to pair my device to my iPhone. It wont connect at all. I can not change the time or sync te bracelet to my phone in anyway. And I see I am not the only one with this issue. Definitely needs to be fixed. Ruins the whole experience of the bracelet

This is a good app, but it is missing some features that I am promised. First off, I dont have the option to switch to 12 hour time. Plus, I cannot set it so that it send me SMS alerts and call alerts. Also I cant switch from Kilometers to miles.
