This app cant sync easily with my bracelet, and its support website is in either Chinese or Japanese (pardon my ignorance of the two), so its impossible for me to communicate problems to the developers. Very bad grammar within the app makes it difficult to use and is offensive. I wish I hadnt wasted my money on this device because its useless without the app working minimally. Sorry, but why release a product this bad in a language you didnt bother to get proofread by a native speaker?

You cant change to 12 hour time. You cant turn off an event alarm once youve created it. It takes very long to sync with your wristband. The grammar is terrible in this app. The sleep duration doesnt sync correctly. I dont recommend this app.

Why does this app show English but has notifications in Chinese? I have no idea how to change the settings. The camera feature wont connect but the reason is in Chinese. Very frustrating!

1. App keeps losing its connection to the watch even when right next to each other. 2. the app does not sync with the apple health app. 3. iOS DOES NOT support all of the functions of The app and the watch.

I couldnt sync the wristband with the App, I am about to through out this crap. Sorry but its really out if understanding

DO NOT BUY THIS KNOCKOFF FITBIT. You wont be happy with the smart watch that this app is for. It doesnt accurately count steps, the app doesnt sync up with the bracelet (they display different numbers) you cant switch it from a 24 hr clock to a 12 hr clock. The band is difficult to snap on and it falls off easily HAA! Dont buy this you really do get what you pay for this is a perfect case where knock off is not worth it. Save up and get a Fitbit they are amazingly accurate and the app has a flawless interface that is very responsive. ~m

So far so good; Ive noticed the clock is displayed in what I consider "military time," so thats something I get to learn with this. I keep getting a notification that doesnt quite make sense, its actually giving me the impression that the app that is supposed to sync with the wristband is going to change maybe? But the version it keeps bringing me too is in another language that I do not understand. Other than that, after only having my device for a few days, I do like it.

This app is not working, I cant edit or change anything!!!

I just got the bracelet yesterday and the app barely works. It will sync with the bracelet then stop. It didnt track sleep. You can not edit the kind of activity. Its set to the default and wont change. No wake timer on the bracelet just through the app...that tells me that something isnt working.

When it asks you to put your height in your only have the option of 3 foot 4 foot 5 foot 6 foot 7 foot or 8 foot. There are no inches options after that. Also its military time so to me I dont even need to see the time if its going to be military time.

This tracker & app are complete crap. This is really the first time I have wished I had bought made in the USA. The app makes no sense. In the 5 months I have been attempting to use it it has always said I have slept 3 hours or less a night. I dont even try to determine if the rest of it works since it is incomprehensible. Manufacturers need to know who they are selling to....especially which country they are going to be located in.

Just received in todays mail the app is not letting device sync with my phone When I go to SUPPORT it is in Chinese AWESOME now what do I do

I cant download the app I got an iPhone 6 and cant downloaded What do I do? Support is on Chinese and I dont speak Chinese!!!

This is the worst piece of junk. I love how the height has no inches, most of the options dont work and now for the past few days some crazy message that makes no sense pops up with a link to something completely different and the Bluetooth NEVER connects. The help option like everything else is in Chinese (I think). There outta be a class action suit against these people.

This is the worst app. I wasted money buying a fitness tracker bracelet if the app isnt going to work properly. It gives me steps that I dont have and struggles to connect to Bluetooth. Its just a pain!

I regret spending money on the piece of crap tracker. And I cant understand the app because most of it is not English. Its not accurate and doesnt sync well. I got rid of the crappy device and bought a real Fitbit. The Fitbit app has been 1000 times better than this one.

Good smart bracelet but the time is in Military time. I dont like that. Oh well

The "features" statement claims this item has a good waterproof performance. I wore it to swim laps and has not worked since. Maybe they were referencing sweat but they should have been more specific in warnings.
