I like the band but I hate that it and the app do not sync up the time in a 12 hour format the way my phone is set. I use a 12 hour am/pm setting and I think that should translate to the app and the watch. Please upgrade the app to offer that option and I will come back and give you a 5* rating.

The only options for height are: 3 ft, 4, ft, 5 ft, 6 ft, 7 ft, 8 ft, and 9 ft. Need to have inches!!!!!

I ordered two one worked.I emailed the company no response its been four days. They were very responsive when I was asking when it was going to get there but now that I have a problem I cant hear from them somehow. The one phone will not even charge it doesnt do squat. It only has a 24 hour option you cannot put down to the other which I find very irritating. I wont be buying another one. I just want my second one to be credited or fixed.

But you cant change the 24 hour clock to a 12 hour one

My bracelet does not connect the data to my phone......ANNOYED!!!

I just got the bracelet in the mail and downloaded the app. But I cant create an account. I keep getting a "network timeout". And when you click App Support, the website is in Chinese. Awesome. Can someone help me get this app to work??

Cant create new user account. Tried all day. Gives me time out message. Also got the app update. No difference. Smart watch useless without app. No app support in English

After renovation it became more difficult to connect by bluetooth, as itself resets the connection. and are lacking in the Russian language
